From November 27^th to 29^th, 2024, at the Federal University of Bahia - Faculty of Education (UFBA), the second "Cities that Educate Transform" seminar took place. An online and in-person seminar that welcomed RICET researchers from Brazil, Portugal and Cape Verde with the mission of debating topics related to educational territories, such as the arts, history, architecture, childhood, youth and comprehensive education.

The Director of the School of Education and Human Development at ISEC Lisboa - RICET's leading institution - Professor Rui Fonseca, was the moderator of the opening panel entitled "Contributions of the Unitwin Network to the construction of a City that Educates and Transforms".

During the visit, and between November 25^th and 26^th, 2024, the Assembly of Delegates of the UNESCO International Network "The City that Educates and Transforms" (RICET) was held in Salvador, Bahia, where ISEC Lisboa professors, Professor Isabel Baltazar (Scientific Coordinator of RICET) and Professor Rui Brito Fonseca (Executive Coordinator of RICET) actively participated.

It was a week of intense work, in which the issues of education and education in the Portuguese-speaking world were widely discussed.
