WG4 Participation, organization, management
and local development

It studies, researches and develops collaborative projects with Local Government and Administration agents with a view to building solutions and responses to the problems of cities they educate, and to disseminating meaningful Practices with the aim of contributing to government models aligned with the SDGs, encouraging citizenship, belonging and local development strategies, promoting social and territorial cohesion. It works to develop networks centered on people's needs and their interconnection, interaction and inclusion. Participatory Planning - Limits and possibilities. Elizete Jardim

ISEC Lisboa - Instituto Superior de Educação e Ciências

She holds a PhD in Education from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (2014), a Master's Degree in Education from the Federal University of Pelotas (2004), and a Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy from the Universidade Regional Integrada do Alto Uruguai e das Missões (2001). She is a member of the Campus Council and the University Council of the same institution - Campus FW and a senior professor, working in the Undergraduate Program (since 2006) and the Postgraduate Program in Education - PPGEdu (since 2015). She is the leader of the Education and Technology Research Group - GPET/URI, a member of the Research Groups: ARGOS /PUC - RS and NEPPES/URI. Since September 2014, she has been the Academic Director of URI, working mainly on the following topics: Education, Management, Technologies and Pedagogical Practices.
