ISEC Lisboa and Lusófona University of Cape Verde sign cooperation protocol

ISEC Lisboa and the Lusófona University of Cape Verde signed a cooperation protocol today, January 16. The partnership was formalized by the President of ISEC Lisboa, Professor Cristina Ventura, the President of Universitas, Professor Pedro Brás and the Dean of the Lusófona University of Cape Verde, Professor Carlos Alberto Delgado. The session was also attended by the Coordinator of the Bachelor's Degree in Municipal Management, Professor João Rodrigues dos Santos.

The protocol, which is aimed at academic and scientific cooperation between the two higher education institutions, aims to create innovative courses for Cape Verde. The first initiative of this partnership is the preparation of a proposal for a degree in Municipal Management and Local Development at the Lusófona University of Cape Verde.

Simultaneously, with this protocol and fulfilling the objective of extending the UNESCO Chair "The City That Educates And Transforms" led by ISEC Lisboa to other countries in the Community of Portuguese-Speaking Countries, the Lusófona University of Cape Verde is currently preparing its application for the Chair.
